Projects are typically designed and developed utilizing a step-by-step process. The five phases to our
proven work process are listed below:
Exploration Also known as the “getting to know each other” phase. At this phase, we learn about you and your business. We find out what your business goals are and what you hope to achieve with your online presence.We also tell you who we are and explain how we can help you achieve your goals. If you find we’re someone you’d like to work with then we move onto the Discovery phase. Discovery We work together to define what the details of the project are. A written plan is developed, outlining what the project requirements are with cost & time estimates. Once this is signed off by all parties, we move on to the Production phase. Production All of the development work necessary to create your site happens here. Graphic design is completed and presented for your approval. While this is happening, database work and coding defined in the project plan is being built. Once you sign off on the look and feel of the site, we integrate the code with the page layout to make your site come alive. A final presentation is made to you and once you agree that everything meets your approval, we move to the Launch phase. Launch Up until now, all development has occurred on our test servers. Prior to launch, we move the site to the live server and run final tests to make sure everything is operating as expected. At the completion of the final testing, your site is live to the world! Management We offer ongoing site management, priced separately from the project. This may include additions or changes to the website code, HTML changes, database support, new graphics or new site functionality.
