The Process
Contact our office for a free consultation. We'll find out what your
business goals are and how we can best help you achieve them. Details about the design process can be found
here.
If you decide to use our services, we'll provide you with a written, fixed price bid for the project. Sign it,
return a copy to us and we'll get started.
Project Cost
The written bid will include details regarding the tasks to be completed. All items are negotiable - after all,
this is your project and you're the boss. Very short projects may be quoted at an hourly rate.

Graphic design and layout include two rounds of revision. Further revisions are available at our standard
hourly rate.
Repeat business is discounted by 10%. We've completed multiple projects for over 90% of our customers - most
of whom have been with us for over two years.
Contracts & Deposits
A signed copy of the project bid is required before work begins. A deposit of 50% of the project price is
required in advance for new clients and for projects in excess of $1500.
Rush Fees
Project deadlines of less than 7 days will be charged a minimum amount of 25% of the bid project price.
Kill Fees
Projects killed after the completion of work will be billed at 100% of the project price. If the project is
killed prior to completion, hours invested in the project will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
